Unemployment Insurance (UI) Claims -Need Help with Unemployment?Whether you're looking to file a new unemployment claim or have questions about an existing one, here's what you need to know:To File a Claim: Contact the Unemployment Insurance (UI) program in the state where you worked. Claims can typically be filed:

- Message: Send a secure message through your NY.gov account or Call: 1-888-209-8124
