The CSS WFNY TTAP team also works with employers to:
- Identify a variety of open positions with a variety of entry level positions.
- Create an open pathway for participants to apply for these positions.

For the last 2 years, six partners in the Twin Tiers have worked to improve youth-workforce integration through a $4.5 million dollar grant awarded by the Appalachian Regional Commission. The TTAP ARC ARISE program is federally supported by the
Appalachian Regional Commission as part of an award totaling $9,250,478, with a
total of $4,522,666 or 48.89% of this project being financed with federal
funds, and $4,727,812 or 51.11% percent financed by other sources.
